1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UnlabelAI ("the Service"), available at unlabelai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Fair Use Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
UnlabelAI is an in-browser creator utility that cleans synthetic metadata, strips C2PA manifests, disrupts frequency watermarks, and attaches standard camera optics structures on digital images. All image pixel processing is executed client-side inside the user's browser using the HTML5 Canvas API without transmitting your images to our servers.
3. User Responsibility & Lawful Use
You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the images you upload and process. You agree not to use the Service for:
- Creating deceptive defamatory content or illegal non-consensual impersonation.
- Infringing on registered copyright, trademarks, or third-party intellectual property without authorization.
- Circumventing legal forensics or law enforcement investigations.
4. Fair Use & Monthly Quota Policy
To prevent automated denial-of-service abuse, ensure fair resource allocation, and maintain service stability for all creators, UnlabelAI enforces specific volume limits per billing period:
- Free Test Tier: 1 image clean lifetime limit. Single image upload only (1 image per drop). Card not required.
- Creator Plan: 300 clean images per monthly billing cycle. Multi-file batch drop limit of up to 10 images per drag-and-drop batch with instant ZIP export.
- Pro Plan: 2,500 clean images per monthly billing cycle. High-volume batch drop limit of up to 50 images per drag-and-drop batch with instant ZIP export and custom sRGB tone preservation.
- Quotas reset automatically at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle.
- Unused image credits do not roll over to subsequent billing periods.
- When the plan quota is exhausted, further image processing is paused until the next monthly billing cycle or until the user upgrades to a higher volume tier.
Subscriptions are licensed for human creator and individual studio workflow usage. You agree not to reverse-engineer the client-side engine, operate automated headless scraper bots, or resell programmatic API access to third parties without an enterprise API license agreement.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & 1-Click Cancellation
Payments are securely handled via our Merchant of Record partner, Dodo Payments.
- Creator Plan: $9.00 / month (or $69.00 billed annually).
- Pro Plan: $19.00 / month (or $149.00 billed annually).
- 1-Click Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Account Settings or the Dodo Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, your plan remains fully active until the end of the paid billing period.
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a 100% full refund.
6. Intellectual Property & Creator Ownership
You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all images processed through UnlabelAI. We claim zero intellectual property or commercial rights over your assets. Because processing is carried out locally within your browser, your files are never transmitted to or retained on our servers.
7. Disclaimer of Platform Guarantees
The Service is provided "AS IS". While UnlabelAI removes C2PA manifests, SynthID watermarks, and EXIF tags, third-party social media algorithms (Meta, TikTok, X) update their content ranking classifiers independently. We do not guarantee specific reach numbers or virality.
