1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UnlabelAI ("the Service"), available at unlabelai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

UnlabelAI is an in-browser utility that cleans synthetic metadata, strips C2PA manifests, disrupts frequency watermarks, and attaches standard camera optics structures on digital images. All processing is carried out client-side within your browser.

3. User Responsibility & Lawful Use

You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and process images through UnlabelAI. You agree not to use the Service for deceptive defamation, illegal impersonation, or violating third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Subscriptions, Pricing & Cancellation

UnlabelAI offers a Free tier (1 image clean lifetime) and paid subscription plans:

  • Creator Plan: $9.00 per month (or $69.00 billed annually), up to 300 images per month and 10-image batch drops.
  • Pro Studio Plan: $19.00 per month (or $149.00 billed annually), up to 2,500 images per month and 50-image batch drops.
  • 1-Click Self-Serve Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time without talking to a representative. When you cancel, your account remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied for any reason, email us within 7 days of initial purchase for a 100% full refund.

5. Intellectual Property & Creator Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of all images processed through UnlabelAI. We claim zero copyright, trademark, or ownership rights over your creative assets. Because files are processed in-browser, we never receive or store your artwork.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. While UnlabelAI is designed to maximize authenticity and eliminate AI markers, we do not guarantee specific algorithmic reach or impressions on third-party social media platforms, as external platform policies change periodically.
